This lakefront home in Orlando underwent an extensive whole-house renovation that both refreshed existing interior spaces and converted a porch into interior living space. The result is a stunning new home with quality finishes, thoughtful details, and a recurring arch design theme. Along with structural changes, the house received fresh wall paper and paint, and all the wood floors were sanded, stained, and refinished.

What was originally an exterior porch was fully enclosed and finished as a new dining room and pantry. The pantry features custom cabinets and countertops, a gorgeous tile backsplash, and custom floating shelves featuring integrated recessed LED illumination. The pantry even includes some hidden customizations such as a retractible drawer in the toe kick for dog food dishes.

The kitchen itself was gutted and remodeled with dual quartzite waterfall islands, built-in appliances including a Miele espresso machine, and brass plumbing fixtures and matching range hood.

The living room was refreshed with new lighting and a custom fireplace surround. New arched doorways were also framed and trimmed, connecting a clean geometric theme between living spaces.

The arched design element is also reflected in a statement wall and built-in connecting the dining room with the open kitchen. The built-in incorporates custom cabinets and a wet bar with a large, arched wall clad with reeded wood and floating shelves.

A spare room features a wall-wide built-in that includes a hidden Murphy bed for guests.

The mud room includes a new bench & locker built-in where another design theme is repeated in beautiful combination of natural wood tones and painted cabinetry.
