Having been in the construction industry for over 20 years running Country Club Homes, Inc., Walter Cromwell and Carolyn Wheeler, a brother-sister team, recognized a need for a reliable business that helped people manage all the issues and maintenance needs that arise with their homes and properties throughout the year. Prior clients of CCH were always turning to them for advice. Hence, in 2007, along with Frank Festini, they decided to start TotalCare of New Canaan and Wilton. In keeping with Country Club Homes’ principles of quality, integrity and an unsurpassed commitment to customer service, TotalCare has made the same commitment.
Unlike most home maintenance companies, TotalCare is in the enviable position to be able to utilize Country Club Homes’ years of experience and solid network of reliable contractors to provide quality home and property management services to residential clients.
